Personal Assistant is an internal, self-hosted software application operated by the owner of this
domain for their own personal use. It is not a public product, it has no other users, and it is not
offered for sale.
What it does
The application connects to the operator's own Google account — with their explicit
consent — so that an AI assistant running on a server they control can help them manage their day.
With the Google account access they grant, the application can:
read email messages in the operator's Gmail mailbox, apply labels or archive them, and prepare
draft messages for them to review and send themselves;
read their calendars, and create, update or delete calendar events;
read spreadsheets they have authorised; and
read files in their Google Drive (read-only).
The application does not send email: anything it prepares is saved as a draft in the operator's
own mailbox for them to review and send themselves. It does not access Google Docs or contacts, and
it does not act on any account other than the operator's own.
How the data is handled
Google authorisation tokens and any data retrieved from Google are stored on a server the
operator controls.
To generate a response, relevant content (for example the text of an email they asked about)
is sent to third-party large-language-model providers under the operator's own paid accounts,
for processing only.
Data is not sold, rented, or shared with advertisers, and is not used to train models by the
operator.
The operator can revoke the application's access at any time from their Google Account
permissions page (myaccount.google.com/permissions).
